Kim Kardashian, 34, isn’t slowing down even though she’s 5 months pregnant. The soon-to-be mother of two, stepped out with her family on Aug. 17 to film scenes for their famous reality show. The only issue was that Mrs. West was sore beyond belief due to her healthy, growing baby bump.


Pregnancy is starting to take a toll on Kim, but she’s pushing through. The KUWTK star was out and about in St. Barts, but couldn’t help but rub her neck and back. She was photographed resting her hand on her lower back, trying to give her bump some needed support.
